BOOKING POLICY:
There is a 40% non refundable booking fee required to secure your booking. You can move your appointment once only if notice is given 48 hours before your appointment time.
If you cancel/ request to change your appointment after this period, you will be charged the remaining full amount for your original appointment.
If you are paying with a gift card, these T&C’s also apply & the amount will be deducted from the gift card.
I understand that some circumstances are unforeseen, but so that I am able to fill the appointment slot, I kindly require 48 hours notice to do so.
